Dust Down POLY PRO is made from a specialty emulsion mixture designed to modify and break down insoluble mineral-based materials. Simply put, it will harden fine dust particles so they don’t become airborne.
DUST DOWN provides improved chemical and water resistance to these systems along with increases in compressive and flexural strength to help reduce formation of dusty residues. When dried, the film will cure to a flexible matrix that resists break down to fine dusty particulates.

Simply add 1 Gallon of DUST DOWN POLY PRO to approximately 25 gallons of water. Apply at a rate of 25 gallons per 500 square feet.
Initial Application:
Simply add 1 Gallon of DUST DOWN POLY PRO to approximately 20 gallons of water. Apply diluted product at a rate of roughly 20 gallons per 500 square feet for best results. This will control the dust for 3 to 12 months depending on traffic volume.
TIP: Be sure to treat adjacent areas.
Future Maintenance Applications:
Simply add 1 Gallon of DUST DOWN POLY PRO to approximately 40 gallons of water. Apply diluted product at a rate of roughly 40 gallons per 1000 square feet for best results
- Product mixes easily in water. Can be blended by adding product and water at the same time into the application tank or vehicle or circulation in the application tank.
- Best results obtained when soil is dry or slightly damp.
- Apply during dry weather conditions and when rain is not forecasted for at least 24 hrs.
- Best curing of the polymer will occur when applied between temperatures of 70° and 100° F. (Avoid Storing in freezing temps)
- If applying for traffic situation,• avoid traffic for at least 8 hours, preferably 24 hrs. This will be dependent on temperatures. Note: Flush equipment with water after use to avoid "curing" in unwanted areas.
NOTE: Results may vary depending on soil type, weather conditions, traffic and fugitive dust.
